AR Pressure Washer Pump Guide

Annovi Reverberi / AR pressure-washer pumps span multiple direct-gas RSV classes. Use the exact model and part number to match shaft, flange, RPM, engine power, flow, pressure and ports before choosing a replacement.

AR RSV model number comes before shopping

Do not treat RSV as one interface. Current RSV data includes both 3/4-inch and 1-inch gasoline-engine flange classes.

Use the replacement-pump checklist and Pump Finder after identifying the original pump/engine.

AR / Annovi Reverberi RSV is a family, not one pump

The current Annovi Reverberi 276 Series catalog lists direct-gas RSV configurations in both 3/4-inch and 1-inch flange classes. That matters because an “AR RSV pump” description does not tell you shaft diameter, engine flange, flow or pressure.

RSV4G40-PKG: useful reference, not a universal replacement

AR North America currently publishes RSV4G40-PKG as a horizontal triplex pump with a 1-inch hollow shaft, F40 flange, 4 GPM, 4000 max PSI, 3400 RPM and 11 EBHP. It also publishes 3/8-inch female inlet and 3/8-inch male outlet data and a 140°F maximum temperature.

Those fields make the page valuable for comparison with General Pump, CAT, AAA and Comet. Similar output does not mean identical shaft, flange, port or unloader layout.

Compatibility checklist for an AR replacement

Verify the original pump model, engine orientation, exact shaft diameter and keying, gasoline-engine flange, 3400-RPM requirement, engine power/torque, inlet and outlet orientation, unloader/injector configuration, mounting bolts and physical clearance.

If the machine is known only by its Honda engine, use the Honda-powered guide before assuming the shaft/PTO.

RSV4G40 options only after the F40 / 1-inch class matches

AR's current RSV4G40-PKG data gives a strong technical baseline, but it still does not establish a machine-specific fit by itself.

Frequently asked questions

What is the AR RSV4G40 pressure washer pump rated for?

AR North America currently lists RSV4G40-PKG at 4 GPM, 4000 PSI and 3400 RPM with a 1-inch hollow shaft, F40 flange and 11 EBHP power requirement.

Is every Annovi Reverberi RSV pump a 1-inch 4000 PSI pump?

No. The current RSV family spans multiple flow and pressure classes and includes both 3/4-inch and 1-inch gasoline-engine flange versions. Use the exact model and part number.

Can an AR RSV4G40 replace any 4 GPM 4000 PSI pump?

No. Match the 1-inch hollow shaft, flange, engine power, RPM, mounting, inlet/outlet arrangement, unloader configuration and frame clearance in addition to flow and pressure.

What does F40 mean on an AR RSV pump?

In the current AR documentation, F40 identifies the gasoline-engine flange used on the 1-inch RSV configurations. The flange is only one fitment dimension; shaft and mounting details still need verification.

Does AR publish the RSV4G40 as a current model?

Yes. AR North America currently maintains an RSV4G40-PKG product page, and the current Annovi Reverberi 276 Series industrial catalog lists RSV 4G40 D + F40 as part 24582.

Should I use the AR pump page or the generic Pump Finder?

Use both. This page establishes AR-specific model boundaries; the Pump Finder helps compare selected documented replacement classes across manufacturers.
